Spring Rock Search Guiding Principles

At Spring Rock, we follow three guiding principles to ensure we are finding solutions and maintaining the high caliber of performance our clients and candidates can expect.

Integrity: Do the right thing.
We always work to do what is best for our clients and for our candidates and we are invested in their successes.

Transparency: Communication is key. Let’s not sugar coat it—the faster we can cut through to the specifics of a position, the desired impact a key hire needs to make, and the challenges a newly hired candidate will experience, the more efficient and effective we can be identifying the right candidate to propel your business forward.

Collaboration:  Building relationships and making connections. We know from experience that what works best is to meet people where they are and grow from there. Spring Rock Search is in the people-connecting business, and we strive to work with companies, organizations, and individuals to find the best fit for their skills and objectives, without losing sight of who they are and what they need.

Business Plan

"I founded this firm to work with organizations that place high value on their talent and see the critical impact a supported hire can have in a company. I work with high performing individuals that can maximize their skills within an organization and have proven track records for success.”

Bill Kushner, Founder and Managing Partner

Bill Kushner founded Spring Rock Search after 18 years of executive search experience, having worked at both a large national search firm and a boutique. Throughout his career, he has delivered key talent in the disciplines of finance and accounting, strategic finance, human resources, and administration across a variety of industries including:

- Private Equity              - Distribution
- Private Credit              - Cannabis
- Business Services        - Biotechnology
- Consumer Products     - Healthcare
- Manufacturing             - Technology

After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College in 2004, Bill began his career as a college football coach for two seasons before transitioning into executive search.

His experience as a former collegiate athlete and coach has been foundational in shaping his career especially in the understanding of how critical it is to not only have the right talent in your organization, but to also be able to support and find that talent.

When Bill is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, golfing, cooking, and being with friends and family.
